Patrick McGinley is the coordinator and business manager for INSTALL Philadelphia & Vicinity. A 17-year veteran of the floor covering industry, McGinley is a member of the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee serving Philadelphia and eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware and eastern Maryland. A former floor covering foreman, McGinley’s career began with a four-year apprenticeship at Local 1823.

George Butrica, Sr. is INSTALL Philadelphia & Vicinity’s troubleshooting expert. He has more than four decades of experience in the floor covering industry, and holds several certifications in both residential and commercial skills for carpet, laminate, hardwood and resilient.

Stephen K. Raisner is an instructor with INSTALL Philadelphia & Vicinity. Steve has more than 22 years of experience, both in the field and as an instructor. He currently carries certifications from Armstrong for laminate, residential and commercial flooring, and also specializes in safety, holding certifications in first aid and CPR, and safety process management. Steve also earned his master mechanic certification from Forbo Linoleum.

Del Ennis, Jr. is an evaluator with INSTALL Philadelphia & Vicinity. Del has four decades of experience in the floor covering industry and is the author of Philadelphia & Vicinity’s training manual.

Joseph B. Schmidt, Sr. is an evaluator with INSTALL Philadelphia & Vicinity. Joe has more than 40 years of experience in the floor covering industry.
